NICE

NICE is a leading provider of both cloud and on-premises enterprise software solutions that empower organizations to make smarter decisions based on advanced analytics of structured and unstructured data and was looking to add a wide range of positions to the organization.

PROBLEM:

 

NICE’s team did not have a wide reach with the talent pool in the CCaaS space, and was not having any luck with other recruitment firms. After conducting a few meetings over video to understand NICE’s process and the type of talent they were after, we realized that they were not competitive with their compensation package, in addition to doing a rebuild of their channel after shutting it down in 2020. Many talented professionals were not interested in interviews with NICE due to the Chanel shut down, which hindered their ability to capture the talent and achieve consistent YoY growth in the channel. NICE was also inconsistent with their interviewing stages. I.e. If a candidate was of interest to the company, and just completed their first round, at times it would be three to 4 weeks till the next steps. This was hurting their acquisition rate in securing talent. As we all know, “Time kills all deals.”

SOLUTION:

In our time spent with NICE we quickly gaged their company culture along with areas they were lacking when it came to talent. With open dialog, we provided ideas around their current interviewing process to enhance their technique. One of the biggest challenges most organizations face when looking to mitigate risk with sales hires is intelligence. Given Chris Edward Consulting's experience in the CCaaS|UCaaS space and knowing where key|proven talent lies, we were able to put NICe in front of Channel sales talent to help increase channel productivity by $57%.

RESULT:

With the help of Chris Edward Consulting, NICE was able to increase its channel presence by adding 3 new regions in the US, resulting in 87% of deals closed being led by the channel sales team, contributing to the company's success of 33% YoY growth and $2B+ ARR.
